We have known James for a number of years, socially and professionally,
and he had previously undertaken a number of small jobs for us such as
plastering ceilings etc.
However, in August 2010 he bravely took on a major project to build an
extension to our home and convert our double garage, to create a fully
independent but attached annexe.
This was successfully completed in just under four months, despite some
serious structural and design problems encountered along the way; to
which challenges James capably overcame. It was of great assistance for
James to deal directly with the Planning Officer on my behalf, and in
arranging and co-ordinating the other professionals on site.
